Fishing information
Annual state fishing license must be purchased for Tyrol:
- Adults € 25.00
- Teenagers € 15.00
If you have already gone fishing somewhere else in Tyrol this year, then keep your license, it is valid the entire year for all of Tyrol.
Permitted fishing methods:
- fly - fishing,
- fishing with the Tyrolean Hölzl (special Tyrolean fishing rod)
Bait allowed:
- All bait, according to the Tyrolean fishing rights, are allowed.
- Fishing with turn signals and worm is prohibited!
Permitted amount per day:
Five trout and one greyling allowed per day and person. When the fishing limit is reached, fishing must be ended for the day. Returning trout caught to the water is not allowed.
