For many years we have been concentrating on the concept of "Slow Food"!
"Slow Food" is actually an initiative from and for those who want to preserve the peaceful, the sensual and the down-to-earth when dining.
Contrary to today’s hectic way of life, this philosophy empahsizes conviviality, a slow, conscious style of life combining quality, pleasure and culture.
"Slow Food" stands for awareness of a gvariety of tasty food products, the right to
enjoyment, and last but not least the use of pure organic regional products meeting impeccable standards.
Together with our chef Patrick Liebetruth and the entire team at Hotel Riederhof we have committed ourselves to this philosophy. Our Restaurant "Die 5. Jahreszeit" (“The 5th Season”) has set as its main priority to make dining an unforgettable experience!
