Ried, a small village with 1,100 inhabitants, is waiting for you! However, Ried should not be under-estimated because it is so small, it has almost as many beds as people! The rural character and various facilities are very much appreciated by our guests. In addition to this, the location in this particular triangle of Tyrol, situated close to the borders of Italy and Switzerland, invites you to join in excursions of all kinds!

Our hiking area around Ried is simply awesome! Enjoy Nature in the parks - or a little more - with lots of lifts and great children's experiences – you can do exactly what you want to do!

For the fishermen among you, here are the prices of our fishing areas!

And for the keen shoppers, there is, in addition to other places, the Swiss duty-free area Samnaun - about ½ hour away you can find great bargains at affordable prices! But the shopping towns of Landeck (15 km) Imst (30 km) and Innsbruck (90 km) invite you for a stroll or a sightseeing tour! And whoever wants to go on a beautiful excursion over the Reschenpass in about 1 and 1/2 hours ending in Merano, Italy !

Finally, the cultural side does not come too short in and around Ried! Whether you visit the "Siegmundsried Castle" directly in Ried, or  one of the 7 other castles nearby - with the castle ticket (which can be purchased  at Riederhof) you can choose what you want to see at a very favourable price!
