February Tip: From the bog trail for Gogle Alm
Vertical Drop: 510 meters up and back
Walking time: about 4 hours
Difficulty: medium

The trail starts at the parking lot from the bog trail Kaunergrat. From there it goes straight on past a barrier to an entry into the marsh trail. Here we turn left towards Gogles Alm. After a short time you reach a clearing with a beautiful fountain and a high tower. Follow the narrow road behind the fountain into the forest  and then slightly uphill through the woods to the road. Turn right and immediately right again into the woods. You will probably discover already existing snowshoe tracks on a small meadow. Follow a steep incline at the edge of the forest - you will notice a wooden fence on your right. Soon you reach a stone wall. We recommend staying on this path next to the stone wall, it will then be somewhat flatter the higher you are. You will soon reach the so-called Fliesser ski hut, and shortly before that you will have a magnificent view of the valley. Follow the yellow signs in the direction Gogles Alm (look up where you will see the house) and soon you will reach your goal. When descending, we recommend turning left after a large pine tree next to the road, cross the fields to shorten your way back to the stone wall. Then, take the same way back to the moor.
Mangott family and team hope you will enjoy this great hike.

1. Natural Park of the Noecker Aifner Alm
Vertical Drop: 720 meters
Hiking time: 3.5 hours
Difficulty: medium
The path leads past the Schnadinger pond on beautiful snowy landscapes in the park! On the way we try to find the tracks of the animals that live in the forest! Of course, without disturbing the forest dwellers - perhaps we even find the tracks of a hare or hear the sound of a golden-crowned kinglet! In this park there are some rare species of forest dwellers not easily found in other places!
2. Tscheylücke - Frudiger
Vertical Drop: 900 meters
Hiking time: 5.5 hours
Difficulty: strenuous
Start in the Tscheylücke in Pfunds, and from there the path leads up the toboggan run to a well! Then you cross some fences to get onto beautiful, sunny slopes up to Frudiger at 2153 meters. Here is a wonderful view of the Inn Valley! The path then continues on and below the Frudigerkopf Sonnberg back to the path of Tscheytals and out of the Tscheylücke! Breathtaking views and a beautiful landscape with many small cabins await us here! And of course, experience a real feeling of victory by writing in the summit book!
3. Ried - Gfrans - Schwabegertle - Ried
Vertical Drop: 800 meters
Walking time: 3 hours
Difficulty: easy - medium
It starts directly at the Riederhof - without snow shoes until one reaches Gfrans. Then we put on our snowshoes and follow the path to the old farmhouse, branching off in the direction of Schwabegertle. A nice path leads us to Wassertal and from there back to Ried!
