In keeping with the motto “Whatever floats your boat”, you can experience a lot here at the Riederhof dog hotel – and of course so can your owners. From the heated pool and dog pond to the agility area and our guided hikes. With countless summer and winter activities already waiting for you.
Relax and take a dip in the heated pool
Of course, your dog is a must at the pool. When you are dog-tired after a sunny hike and experience the cool water. You lie in the water and enjoy the view. Your gaze wanders from the Kalvarienberg to the Kaunertal ridge over a gin and tonic. Meanwhile, your four-legged friend makes himself comfortable in the shade so that he doesn’t work up too much of a sweat. And if he does? Then it’s off to the dog pond.
P.S.: Our pool is heated in summer and winter and offers bathing fun to cool down or heat up.
Dogs are allowed at the pool and can move around freely.
There are plenty of shady spots for you and your dog at and around the pool.
Perhaps a cappuccino or cocktail? Or would you prefer a dog smoothie?
Splashing around in the dog pond
After the dog-owner has his pool, the dog should also have his pond – for playing, splashing around and cooling off. Because sometimes it needs a “cool down” after an action-packed day or a sunbath. And we can understand if your dog doesn’t want to get out of the pond.
Dog park and agility area
Take off the lead and collar – and off you go. Our agility area offers fun and sport for your dog with an obstacle course. Jump over the ramp once, then run a slalom and off through the tunnel.
Agility promotes communication with your dog via body language and helps to improve your dog’s coordination. And sometimes it can get a bit wild – if the dog doesn’t do what its two-legged friends want.
Guided walks for two- and four-legged friends
Did we already tell you that? At the dog hotel Riederhof there’s a guided hike four times a week in summer – for you and your dog.
All hikes are individually organized by our hiking guides. Our hiking guides will then take you on the most beautiful hiking trails in the Tyrolean Oberland. Let yourself be enchanted by untouched nature and climb the most beautiful peaks in Tyrol together with other guests and dog friends.
