Delicacies and treats at the Riederhof dog hotel
We see ourselves as a light and valuable regional cuisine. Enriched with lots of herbs and attention to detail. With a preference for typical regional and Austrian specialities. From Grandma Josefin’s Kaiserschmarren, our Tyrolean dumplings to the South Tyrolean Schlutzkrapfen – with brown butter and Parmesan, of course. Culinary theme and barbecue evenings also await you on certain days of the week.
Do you have food intolerances? Our cuisine is also available vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose-free on request.
Regionally
rooted
Our regional roots run damn deep. That’s why most of our products come from farmers in the region. The vegetables, for example, come from Regina Heiss and the eggs from Freitzhof, where Ramona lovingly looks after her chickens.
Restaurant for two- and four-legged friends
Many like-minded people sit at our table – and the dogs under the table. Because they are a must in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner.
What guests say to us time and time again: You’re very relaxed here. That’s probably because everyone finds their place in our restaurant. And our service does everything to make sure that you and your dog are happy. Well … and there are also a few “bribe licks” for dogs. Or perhaps the whole dog menu?
A fine drop from the wine cellar
In the oldest part of the house is our wine cellar with Austrian and international wines – from young and sparkling to mature. And, as it should be, with our own Riederhof Cuvée – because this is a must on the wine list.
